CHSSA STANDING COMMITTEES MEMBERS

(FALL 2012)

Standing Committees are responsible for reviewing and approving proposed changes to the CHSSA By-Laws and Constitution, updating the sections of the By-Laws relevant to that committee, and creating appropriate proposals for change for the purpose of improving the policies and procedures for high school speech and debate in California. 

All council members must serve on a committee and must attend the three committee meetings each school year.
